ARRA Stimulus Compliance is a complex subject as an item's compliance may depend upon where the item is made or where it is finished, the size of the overall contract and whether the contract is federally funded or state/local funded as well as what government exceptions might have been granted. Because the ARRA guidelines are somewhat fluid, T&B has devised an online support tool to help you determine which items are currently reviewed and certified as compliant by T&B.
With this new tool, users can generate ARRA Stimulus Certificates of Compliance online for any valid T&B Catalog numbers or T&B 11 digit UPC numbers. Just click on the ARRA Stimulus Compliance link under the Subject Index to begin your validation process--you can enter your T&B items manually, via spreadsheet upload or cut and paste.
